Huvila’s Scandinavian cuisine is not impressed by modern trends. Fresh raw material and especially the versatile use of Finnish lake fish are matters of great importance to us. Handicraft tradition is also evident in our tableware … the food is served in earthenware designed and made by master brewer Pulliainen.

The brewery’s products include beers of the British type, cider and traditional Finnish sahti home-brew. Huvila’s beer has been well received by both the public at large and connoisseurs. Evidence of this is provided by the many valued awards won by the products. Panimoklubikonsertti (Brewery Club Concert) will again bring a host of top artistes to Savonlinna next summer and for the end of a long day Huvila offers cosy accommodation in its B&B rooms. The package as a whole is unique and extremely valuable nationally. Welcome to test it out!
